Recently, ALC’s Fall Sports Pep Rally was in full swing with a spirited celebration that brought the whole school together to cheer and play games and celebrate the fall sports season, including Mayfield’s tennis, volleyball, golf, and cross-country teams.! The gym was filled with more energy than ever. Abigail Shaw, Dean of students, said that it was the most energy she had seen from the school community in a long time.!! From the friendly competition to immense spirit, the rally was one for the books!

Harper Link, Social Media Editor – Athletics
Harper Link is a junior at Mayfield and in her third year on the Mayfield Crier. She serves as Social Media Editor, with a focus on athletics, and loves creative writing. Currently, Harper is an ASB Activity Director, a retreat leader, and a member of the Athletic Leadership Council. She represents Mayfield in tennis, water polo, and swimming, and also serves as Co-Head of “Cubs for Kids,” a club dedicated to supporting and raising funds for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. In her free time, Harper enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, watching classic films, and shopping. And she is beyond excited to continue writing for the Crier this year!
