Have you considered the argument that reaching out and expressing feelings may not always lead to a positive resolution and could potentially exacerbate the situation?
Yes, I have considered that argument. It’s essential to recognize that expressing feelings and reaching out may not always result in a positive outcome. It could worsen things in some situations, especially if the other person is not receptive or if emotions are running high. In my perspective, it is still crucial to approach the problem if it is important to you. I’ve always viewed it in the way that if I express my feelings to someone and they have a terrible reaction and invalidate me, I should reassess how I feel about that individual.
