Stay Active
Being active is essential for the well-being of your body and for remaining fit. The benefits of staying active include improved sleep, reduced stress, boosted self-confidence, better brain function, and more. It is also super easy to be active! You can go to the gym, do yoga, go for a run or walk, or even just do an at-home workout. So many things count as being active, so find what works for you and stick with it.
Eat Healthy
I am not going to say eating healthy is the only way you should eat because I love a good sweet treat or my favorite food OF ALL TIME, in-n-out :). So it’s not necessary to stick to a strict diet, but having an excellent balanced eating style is lovely. Try incorporating more fruits and vegetables into your meals and some home-cooked meals. Making my own food never disappoints and saves me so much money than constantly eating out.
Be Hygienic
Hygiene is so important! It is crucial to be clean; not only that, but it is a rewarding feeling after an everything shower. Cleaning yourself up and making yourself look [and smell] presentable is necessary for your physical health. Take a nice long shower or even a bath while watching a show or reading a book. Build a skincare routine that works for your skin type, or do a face mask! It doesn’t matter; do whatever makes YOU feel fresh and clean! 🙂
