This past week, Mayfield Club Heads put it all out on the table, literally. From creatively crafted poster boards advertising the best things their clubs have to offer,to Bellefontaine Bakers’ tempting treats and the Probiotic Club’s trendy tiaras, prospective club members were invited to Pergola Lawn to make their short list of what student organizations they wanted to join. This year offered 50 clubs in total, some new and others returning. Senior Jules Aparicio, head of both the Middle Eastern & North African Cultural Club (MENA) and the hospital volunteer centric Cubs in Scrubs talked about her appreciation for Mayfield’s club fair. Aparicio said, “I love the club fair because it is a fun way for people to learn about new activities, organizations on campus, and make new friends.” It will be exciting to see what these clubs achieve throughout the ‘24-’25 school year, and the creativity Cubs bring to their club sweatshirt designs, too.
